Caspia was founded by Pam Vick in October 2001. Pam has over 25 years experience in the marketing and advertising industry, including corporate positions as European Group Account Director at Leo Burnett Advertising, Director of Marketing (Europe) for Hertz Car Rental and Global Marketing Director of StepStone, an online jobsite which operates across 23 countries as at Dec 2005.
Pam works with a team of dedicated people, matching their specific skills to the individual project requirements, from individual business development consultancy projects to full scale advertising campaign development including creative development, production and media planning and buying.
Pam started out as TV and press negotiator for ad agency Leo Burnett's clients, and later Regional Director EMEA on Fruit of the Loom Clothing, Tropicana Juices, The Coca Cola Company and Oxfam projects.
She was also New Business Director during a strong growth period for the agency and Management Supervisor on Procter & Gamble, Disney, Kraft General Foods, Cadbury, Perrier, Express Newspapers and Sanyo.
Pam left Leo Burnett in 1993 to become Director of Marketing (Europe), for The Hertz Corporation and subsequently Global Marketing Director for StepStone ASA, an online jobsite running across 23 countries. She set up Caspia in 2001.
Nan started her career in advertising, working at Leo Burnett and Delaney Fletcher Delaney.
She then joined the marketing department of Clear Channel International where she spent eight years building and sustaining the More O'Ferrall and Adshel poster brands.
She has hands-on experience over a broad range of disciplines such as sales support, advertising & design, research, PR, sales promotion/sponsorship.
Realtime Interactive was founded by Kevin Reeves in 1998 to develop interactive business platorms and interfaces for all digital media.
Realtime operate an innovative virtual structure which allows them to work equally effectively on practically any size of task, from small company websites to the design and build of large and complex databases and web-platforms.
Typhoon Creative Partnership was formed at the end of 2000 by founding partners Jonathan Bannister and Paul Holden - a collaboration that started at international advertising agency Leo Burnett in Hong Kong in the early 1990s.
Typhoon is the creative unit that works on the design and creative development for Caspia clients. Services cover advertising and design; specialising in packaging design, new product development, POS, brand development and advertising for the consumer market.
They also have a wealth of experience in literature design, corporate identity and advertising for the B2B and B2C market
Ian runs the digital brochures and virtual paper sister company, System Minds. Ian's first role for Lloyds TSB Corporate & Institutional Banking was providing strategic advice to multinational companies.
He moved to Deutsche Bank in 1996 to Far East & South Pacific Equities Trading division responsible for the implementation of interactive software and applications and then joined Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, taking a lead role in developing online interactive solutions for clients such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Commerzbank.
Ian also plays an influential strategic role at Egg Plc working alongside the Head of Digital Financial Services in developing new revenue generating concepts.
